I've had the worst day ever!! I woke up and fed Little G at 2:30 this morning and as soon as I got done feeding him I get a skype message from G. He says I think we really need to talk about this command sponsorship and really figure out what the pro's and con's or y'all coming here. I said okay, call me when you get off work. I was thinking great he's gonna change his mind again.
I get a call from him at 12 on my way to go pay bills and I answer the phone and as soon as he says Hey I say okay what do you wanna talk about. He basically straight up says I don't think it's a good idea for you to come here. I mean seriously, are you serious!!? I think say our 5888 just got stamped and by efmp and you just wanna give up? I'm not staying here in Arkansas! We don't belong here, we belong where you are stationed!
G's worried that when I get there I'll hate it and be miserable because he'll be deployed. But no matter where I'm going to be i'm going to be a little sad, But I'm going to have to suck it up and move on. That's the only thing I can do but I just feel like Germany is where Little G and I need to be. Not living with G's parents. I'm 20 years old and I have a family, I don't need to be living with G's family anymore. What do y'all think? :/

Ahh-Maaazz-ING!
Okay, so if you've been reading my blog lately you'd know that i've just sent my papers Tuesday to the EFMP office to get Little G and I screen for command sponsorship. Well Guess what I just got the 5888 back and it's stamped and ready for G to print out and get the packet ready for Command sponsorship! That's amazing right.. two day, it only took two days to get back to me. Last time when I was working on CS it took 2 months for me to get everything done.. because fort hood kept giving me the run around.
But what's really crazy is I was talking to G today on skype and something horrible happened at the barracks today. I won't go into detail about what happened but G said everyone that lived in the barracks was on "lock down" they had to clean there rooms and have a room check and the married soldiers didn't even get to go home after work they had to stand outside that barracks while all of that was happening. Well that conversation lead G and I into Little G and I moving over there. G said he didn't know if he wanted us to come over to the "shit hole".. I was like here we go again. G we have talked about this how could you not want little G and I to go over there with you and spend as much time as we can before you deploy. G said I just don't want you to be miserable and lonely. I said G i'm already miserable, I'm an adult with a child and I live with your parents waiting to be with you. Then G said okay if CS isn't done by May, that's it your staying states side and when I come back home from deployment I'm PCSing somewhere state side. So I have got to get CS before May or were staying states side.
So here I was stressing about the 5888 not being done yet and wondering how long it'd take, would it take as long as fort hood? So just a couple hours ago I check my e-mail.. what's there!! The 5888 Yayy.
But here's whats weird about this whole thing, my husband was about to give up on this whole thing and the 5888 was in my email the same day he trys to give up. I believe in God doing things for a reason and secretly telling us things by what happens in our daily routines in life. I think this was God telling G to not give up.

G's been very skeptical on if he believe in God or not. And honestly that broke my heart that He wasn't sure. I don't want little G to grow up in a house without God in it, no offense to the people that don't believe in God that's just not how I want my child to grow up. So before little G was born, the night before G basically told me that he didn't believe in God. It broke my heart, I didn't know what to do.. All I could think about was my child and how he'd grow up. God is a big thing in my ife and I just didn't know how that would work out. Well the next day I got induced and things took a turn for the bad I had to be rushed into the Surgery room for a C-section I didn't dilate past a 3 and I had a bad fever. Which in turn Little G had a fever when he was born and too much fluid in him, which the fluid part is common for C-sections but is still bad. Little G was seriously Rushed to the NICU the Doctors and nurses were really worried about him. I couldn't see his until midnight that night, we came into the NICU and my poor son had an IV in his head and monitors and cords all around him. It was the hardest thing for me to see as a mom. Little G ended up having to stay in the NICU for 4 days.. we only got to stay in the hospital for 3 days. Well Luckily there was a Ronald Mcdonald house above the NICU, and we got to stay in the hospital and feed Little G during the night while he was still in the hospital. There was another couple staying there and they told us there story of how there baby had been in the NICU for 5 months and how the kept faith in the Lord and he helped them threw it. It was amazing and I think that there story definately made G start to rethink his faith, had already Little G being in the NICU made him start to think as well.
Here's another funny thing, while we were eating lunch with G's family G's dad said I don't know how anyone can look at a child and not believe in God. Also while G was here someone that was above him in his unit got release of duty and G always said it would have to take a God to get ride of him. and How we found out that he got release of duty was threw my email I get emails from military thing and G just happen to walk by the computer while I was reading it. There was alot more things that happened while G was here that made me think God was showing him that he was real. Finally I just broke down, I told G can't you see all these signs and started to cry and he stopped me and said Aimee i've been thinking and i've noticed all these signs and Little G being sick and all those babies at the NICU, i'm being honest I think God is trying to tell me that he's there. I said G please don't lie to me just to make me shut up about this whole thing and he said Aimee I'm serious i've been and idiot. &What was crazy about that day was I was crying to God to please help me help my husband.. and he did.
Everything that i've gone threw this year, especially with my son has made my relationship with God so much stronger. &i'm going to keep praying that God will get Little G and I to G as soon as possible, Because I really do believe in everything happens for a reason. Everything that's happened this last month with G and his faith, happened for a reason.. for him to realize that God is there and he's going to help us threw this all as long as we have faith.

Oh I'd love to tell you off!
I absolutely can't stand Fort hoods EFMP office, since last year this month they've been nothing but rude and unhelpful to me with this whole command sponsorship. Last year it took them hmm.. about 4 months to screen me. Then they tell me they don't know where they sent off my papers after they screened me so i'm thinking.. great! Then I got pregnant and G and I just decided that it was best for me to have little G in the states, and it was a very good idea. Well anyway I called a couple days ago to get my 5888. So I call and the lady that I dealt with last year pics up the phone(I could tell it was the same lady cause of her god awful accent!) anyway I tell her I need my 5888 so I can send my husband that paper so my son and I can get CS then she goes on and tells me that Little G needs to be screened.. she kept talking and I kept trying to interupt her and finally I said YES, I know my son has already been screened thank you. She then goes ohh well give me your number and I'll call you back. i'm thinking in the back of my head.. yeah right you've never called me back. So I gave her my number with the intention of calling her back myself in an hour. Well I ended up calling her, she then tells me she hasn't even looked and if I don't get a call back by 1 to call her back. So I say okay and hang up. Then she calls me right back.. whoaaa that's a first! She tells me they don't have the 5888 Family travel does.. so I call family travel, leave a message and guess what they never called me back. Surprise, surprise! So i'm now getting screened all over again.. but not at Fort hood This time. I'm getting screened the same place my son is getting screened. I know it won't take 4 friggen months with this place. Oh well, I feel better about getting my stuff done there. But I swear I just want to tell this lady at fort hood off.. but I won't cause she's not even worth my time. Or is she? lol

What's going on lately.
The Young army wife to This life of ours..
I felt like I needed a new name.. The young army wife got old? I guess haha.
I don't know why.. but I have a better feeling about command sponsorship this time around. Everything is just going way smoother then before I got pregnant. I just faxed all of Little G's papers to EFMP and I called her and she said she got the papers and will try and get the doctor to sign it tomorrow. So Idk everything is just going way better than last time. Maybe because I know how to do everything this time? lol.. idk I'm just trying to stay positive threw this whole thing so we can get to Germany before G deploys.
Little G's umbilical cord fell off last night, thank God! I hated cleaning that thing it made me sick and it was really making me feel sick when it was hanging off. It even started to bleed towards the end. It's was disgusting.. I don't know how.. or why people even keep there kids umbilical cords. I get woozy even thinking about it.. maybe I'm weird? lol
Hope everyone's having a great week:)

Command sponsorship, Oh Lord Please help me!!
So tomorrow I'm taking Little G to his doctors appointment to start all the EFMP/Command sponsorship stuff. I'm trying to look at this processes in the best way possible. The EFMP lady that i've been talking to is so helpful and she actually calls me back, EVERYTIME I call her! I mean it's already starting out well and this time around I know exactly what to do(Well almost). I've definitely done my research to the point where it's exhausting! &G is at a position in his job where he can actually get things done.. Not like last time when he was a new guy and being made to clean the bathroom everyday lol (poor guy) ...but anyway I'm just hoping that Little G and I are with G again by April, is that to much to ask? I don't think so. God please be with me threw all this and help me be strong, Because we all know how stressful and irritating this command sponsorship is. &if any of you ladies have any advice it would be very much appreciated!:)

Being a Mom:)
I love being a mom, but I do have to say that being deprived of sleep and not having my husband here with me does kinda.. suck! It's not right for a dad to have to leave his child just 2 weeks after meeting him. All I can do is pray that Little G and I are back with daddy soon. But in the mean time I'm sooo extremely happy that I have G's family here helping me. I couldn't ask for better in-laws..

..Did I say that I LOVE being a mommy:)

I'm still alive.
I promise that i'm still alive, my husbands still here and we've just been enjoying the time we have left together with are little bundle of joy;) ...But just a couple days til G gets back on the plane and flies 5,000 miles away, from not just me this time but 5,000 miles away from ME and Little G. I'm scared of being alone, taking care of little G by myself.. Granted I do have G's parents here with me. But what about in the middle of the night when i'm by myself.. and look over and G's not laying in our bed.. he's not here. I don't wanna break down and cry while i'm holding my son. I want to be strong, I know I can be strong. It's just going to be hard, i've never done this before. I've only had to be strong for myself, now I have to be strong for myself and this little guy..

Finally!!
It's been so busy lately.. with LITTLE G here!! Yup, he was born on December 29th 1 day before his daddys birthday

He's a little Milk Drunk in this picture, but it's probably one of my favorite pictures of him.. makes me laugh everytime I see it:)
I ended up having to have a emergency C-section because I wouldn't dilate past a 4 and because I had a C-section little G Had to go straight to the Nicu and ended up having to much fluid in him. But I'll Save that story for another time. Litle G Is healthy now and as cute as ever:)
