30 weeks

After all these weeks.. week 30 is the week I found stretch marks on my belly. I've been so religious with the stretch mark lotion! I knew this was coming in the back of my mind but before I saw them.. I thought maybe since it's been this long I won't get stretch marks on my belly. Well I was wrong! BUT on the bright side- Not much longer:) Little G will be here soon enough, and I can't wait! G will also be visiting soon on block leave ohh December is going to be a great month this year.

Btw G and I aren't fighting anymore.. This distance thing is hard. But the good thing about us is we get over things very fast, maybe because are fights are extremely dumb. Just a thought, lol.

Tired of the fights.

I don't even know where to begin..

It's 5:26 and i'm sitting here just thinking about what time it is where my husband is, it's 12:26 am.. He's at the bar with his friends and i'm here making dinner for my grandmother while i'm visiting. I'm not going to pretend that I have some miraculous marriage with my husabnd, because I don't. We argue almost every day over the stupidest things, I think we let the distance get between us to much. We've been apart since we got married. I've been married to my cell phone and the computer for the past year excluding the months of April and May when I went to visit him in Germany and got pregnant. I was talking to one of my friends a couple hours ago.. and I think it's more jealousy of him being at the bar than me being angry, I'm jealous that i'm not there with him, i'm jealous that his friends get to see his face everyday and I don't.. I'm just jealous. Before I became pregnant I didn't have this problem, I don't care if he goes to the bar and hangs out with his friends. Maybe my pregnancy hormones have alot to do with this issue also? And he doesn't help when we argue, he just gets angry hangs up and doesn't call me till the next day or turns off his computer so I don't have any way of contacting him.. and in result of him doing this i've decided to do the same thing, for atleast a couple days. I want to give him a little dose of his own medicine, granted I know this isn't the "adult" thing to do.. but I'm pissed, sometimes it feels as if he could care less about how he makes me feel and what he's doing to me by ignoring me or not calling. Now I don't want it to sound like I don't love my husband because I do, I love him very much. I couldn't imagine life without him.. even if he is 5,000 miles away from me, we're still together.

First of many..

Today I received my first "deployment notification" e-mail.. needless to say i'm not to thrilled about this. I don't think i've ever dreaded a year to come. I've been threw 2 deployments with my dad, but that's nothing compared to your husband being deployed. Garrett and I decided that even though he is deploying I am moving to his duty stationed which is so far away from all my family and friends. But I feel like I belong where Garrett is stationed. My dad was also stationed in Germany and very long time ago.. and his wife left Germany and he had no one welcome him home when he came back from deployment.. can you imagine? How terrible! So i've decided that, that same thing will never happen to my husband. My son and I will be waving goodbye to daddy and welcoming him home with loving arms! Almost every single one of my family members to don't understand or support my decision but I can't expect them to understand, they live a civilian life style and weather we like it or not it's completely different from the military life style.

I've been MIA

Hey y'all,
I've been MIA for a couple weeks. I had to get outta Arkansas for a little bit and get back to my home state lol.. Oh how I've missed TEXAS! I seriously LOVE Texas and I hate the fact that I don't live here anymore. I honestly think that when Garrett gets out of the military we will settle down in Texas.. atleast that's the plan now. I won't be back on Blog continuously until I go back to Arkansas but I'll be checking and getting back to people every once in a while.

Last week I had my baby shower and it was so much fun. It's funny how we take for granted having so many familiar faces around us on a everyday bases. I didn't know how much I missed all my family and friends until I was at my baby shower. It was exactly what I needed!

My love for Bloggers.

I can't express how much I love and appreciate blogs. Especially blogs that I can relate too, mainly blogs about Army wives and people with kids.. because i'm about to have a kid, I feel like I'm getting advice about being a parent without the overly nagging person going "now i'm not telling you how to me a mom but.." it gets old after awhile. Now I'm not one to ever pass up advice but it just seems like some people try to shove it down your throat lol.
I will admit before I joined this blog I was getting pretty depressed wondering if I was ever going to be with my husband back it Germany again. I have to wait to have this baby and then go threw the command sponsorship process all over again and that part I'm dreading more than anything. When I found this blog I started reading all the other military wives blogs and it made me feel so much better that i'm not the only one in this world that goes threw this crazy stuff with the military. This whole pcs thing has put a huge strain on our marriage and it doesn't make it any better seeing how i'm a hormonal wreck because of my pregnancy! But we're working it out and determined to not let the Army hurt out marriage, We can get threw this an we will. Only a couple more months till Garrett comes home for block leave and our childs birth. Then we can get this ball rolling and i'll be back with my husband before I know it.
And if your reading this.. I most likely read your blog and it probably makes me feel better and I'd like to say Thank you:)

Ohh Recently.

I am 2 days shy of entering my 3rd trimester and ohh do I definitely feel like it!! My 1st trimester I felt HORRIBLE, throwing up all the time and only eating chicken noodle and crackers. Oh I was miserable and that 1st trimester I never want to relive again. I tell my husband all the time because of the 1st trimester i'm never getting pregnant again.. but we both know that is not going to happen. But then I got to my 2nd trimester, I felt Great!! Smells didn't make me run to the bathroom and I could still touch my feet, I miss those days.. Well now i'm pretty much in my 3rd trimester. I'm constantly tired, I actually wake up tired. I'm starting to get nauseous when I smell certain smells again. I've noticed I get bitchy at the littlest things and I curse at my bladder when I hit my 3rd time of running to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Oh and one more great thing about entering my 3rd trimester.. I can no longer wear my wedding rings. Lol

I know all of this is worth it because as i'm laying here i'll stop and watch my stomach move while my little guy is kicking and turning. It's the best feeling in the world and It's crazy how much I love this kid already.

Days like these..

Don't you just LOVE when you go to the mall and you don't spend as much as you thought you would or you buy everything on sell? Yes, that is exactly what I did today! I desperately needed to buy a pair of tennis shoes that didn't hurt my "pregnant swollen feet" and they were only $50 dollars, and they were the new pumas that are soo cute!! Then I bought a shit and it was only $14 dollars and it was one of those shirts that I would have regretted not buying. It said $29.50 on the tag and when they said $14.87 I was like Right on!! lol

After I left the mall I took my sister in-law to lunch, who is still in high school. She said the sweetest stuff today to me. She said How happy she is to have someone like me to look up too and how I am alot of the reason she's the person she is today. And it made me think of the two women in my life that I looked up to the most and wanted to be like when I was younger and those ladies that I looked up to are alot of the reason I am the way I am today. It makes me so happy that I am the role model I once looked up too.
